Why I love Oregon

I just spent 8 months (not really continuous) away from the amazing land called Oregon, and I found some reasons why I missed it and what makes me love it so much. and I would love to share them with you:
1) This is where my parents are.
I love my parents, even if I don't show it all the time. They are a huge support and I wouldn't want them any other way
2) This is where my best of friends are.
I'm not trying to diss anyone from FUS because I love you all so much, but I've known some of these people for so long and I love them to pieces, I can even go to them now when we are thousands of miles apart.

3) It is so green here! I have missed this green. It is beautiful. I recommend seeing it.
4) The smell is amazing! I don't have coal mine smell in the morning anymore. Rain has a beautiful smell again. I wish they could make a candle with this smell.
5) I can hike again. I would always hike around the neighborhood, but now that I haven't had that luxury at school, I have taken it to a more extreme and gone hunting for trails.
I have miss the dirt trails (or mud trails), the excitement of seeing a deer print, the sound of song birds, the little ruffle in the plants. what is more relaxing than being in nature, letting yourself follow a path not knowing where it leads because the woods are so thick.
6) Fresh Strawberry Milkshakes from Burgerville. Nuff said
7) seeing my Alma Mater. I love going back to my high school to see my teachers and my high school friends, it makes me feel like I have accomplished something.
